Mélodie pour Toi plot

René Sartène, a charm singer, has Irène Daniel as a partner. He falls in love with Marie, a romantic girl from the bourgeois environment. She loves him too. Marie's brother, the jealous Irène, and the director of the show conspire to destroy their budding happiness.
