Magic Town plot

"The guy with the dynamite heart meets the girl with the firecracker eyes!"

When the head of a languishing research firm discovers a city that reflects average American opinion, he smells money. He succeeds in extracting valuable information from people under false pretenses. A local journalist threatens to throw a spanner in the works.
