Maccheroni plot
War veteran Robert Traven goes to Naples on a business trip and runs into an old army friend Antonio Jasiello. During the war, he had a brief romance with his Italian friend's sister. He discovers that years after the war, Antonio sends love letters to his sister, signing Robert's name. Now that the three of them are reunited, the long-hidden romantic secret is in danger of being revealed.
