Lost in Karastan plot

Confused British director Emil (Matthew Macfadyen) is hired to create an epic production set in an obscure Caucasus Republic. The country is ruled by an eccentric and corrupt dictator. When the backslidden Emil receives an invitation from the Embassy of the Autonomous Republic of Karastan, he does not know that it is the start of one of his wildest experiences in his already diverse and colorful career.
