Les Fêtes Galantes plot
In the 18th century, Marshal D'Alemberg is almost completely defeated by the Prince of Beaulieu. The Marshal retires to his castle with his cousin Princess Hélène and his soldiers. Outside the prince celebrates with his men, waiting for the marshal to be forced to surrender due to hunger.
