Le Chapeau de Mitterrand plot

1986. After a difficult day at work, accountant Daniel Mercier decides to treat himself to dinner in a chic brasserie. To his great surprise, President François Mitterrand and two friends sit down at the table next to him. When François leaves again, he leaves behind his black felt hat. Daniel decides to keep the hat of the president and from that moment on his life changes completely.
