Difficult to judge because it is 19 minutes of plotless home video Splatter that takes place entirely in one street. A kind of hybrid between Jackson's Bad Taste and Schnaas' Violent Shit. Everything looks terribly cheap, of course, but the Splatter is certainly entertaining. Lots of dummies, blood fountains and other practical effects.
However, not distinctive enough in terms of killer, setting and humor.
There is a Dutch DVD with a bunch of other short films by the same makers.
