Bernardo Mambelli, nicknamed “il Gandhi” is a factory worker. He offers his colleague, who is injured, to rehabilitate at his home. Only, that colleague is gay. This makes Bernardo's life a lot more complicated. People start asking tough questions about the case and they break up with his fiancée.
