Doctor Elena Dogliozzi (Edwige Fenech), the mistress of a military hospital, is an attractive young woman. However, she is very strict and inflexible with her patients. Gianni Montano (Alfredo Pea), an employee of a renowned hotel in Rome, goes out of his way to reform her to make her a little easier to get along with.
