L'Abbuffata plot
Diamante, a small town in Calabria, southern Italy. Hardly an exciting place. Gabriele, Marco and Nicola are three young people who want to make a film. They interview an old lady who is still thinking about the love of her life, a distant cousin of hers who emigrated to America as a youngster. She is still waiting for his return. That turns out to be a suitable plot for a movie. Neri is a former film director who made a successful film, then retired and now lives in Diamante. They ask in vain for his help. So they decide to travel to Rome and Elena, Marco's sister, goes with them...
