Kyôso Tanjô plot

One day, on his way home, Kazuo Takayama (Masato Hagiwara) meets the recruiters of a new cult. He becomes interested and somehow attracted to the group. The old man dubbed the cult's founder is in real life controlled behind the scenes by supervisor Shiba (Takeshi Kitano), who has complete power over the group. When one day the founder starts acting a little too independent, Shiba decides to replace him with a new foreman and who could be better suited for that than Kazuo, the new member?
