'Killing Bono' is the story of two divergent lives. When Bono and his band U2 head for world fame, his high school friend Neil McCormick takes the opposite path. Bad drugs, weird sex, bizarre haircuts, Neil has been through it all on his quest for fame. But sometimes the biggest failures have the most interesting stories to tell. "The problem with knowing you is that you've done everything I've always wanted to do," Neil once complained to his famous friend. "I'm your doppelgänger," Bono replied.
