Keep Fit plot
George is a hairdresser who is in love with the manicurist Joan. However, she is already being courted by the brutal boxer Hector. When a local newspaper holds a 'Keep Fit' competition, George tries to trim his mustache. Hector, however, has other plans: he challenges George to a boxing match to ridicule him once and for all in front of Joan.
