Láda Pitras and Oto Vacák set up a research department within the Pragokov company to recruit workers. Both recruiters use effective, but hardly legal, ways to bring people into certain positions. They secretly follow the welder Niederle and record his flirtation with his colleague Anicka. They hope that the fear of his jealous wife will move him to work for Pragokov.
