"THEY PUT A NEW HIGH IN HILARITY!"

Henry Potke, an agent of the Internal Revenue Department, is on the hunt for the con man Calvin Churchill and his submissive friend 'Clip' McGurk, for failing to pay income tax. Churchill and McGurk are in hiding at a hotel resort in Desert Springs. Churchill, now impersonating a fighter jet pilot, then hatches a criminal plan to make Desert Springs the base of his operations.
