Husbands for Rent plot

Herbert Willis wants to marry Doris Knight, the beautiful ward of his uncle, Sir Reginald Knight. However, he must conclude that she is completely captivated by the handsome newcomer Hugh Fraser. Herbert meanwhile meets Molly Devoe and falls in love with her. There now seems to be a big chance of a double wedding, but unfortunately Hugh and Molly are strongly attracted to each other and they run off together the night before both weddings...
