Horst Schlämmer is an editor at the local newspaper in tiny Grevenbroich and has had enough. He is looking for a new challenge and decides not only to go into politics, but to immediately aspire to the office of Chancellor. For this he founded the Horst Schlämmer Partei - HSP, which is exceeding expectations extremely well received by voters, partly due to his unorthodox vision and plan of approach. The established parties are with the popular Horst in their stomach and see the election date fast approaching...
