The Prince of Kuwait announces a visit to Hong Kong. His father has passed away, and he wants to sell the land because he was not a good son. Tsang, a project developer sees this as a multi-billion dollar contract and will try to win over the prince by showing him how good a relationship he has with his father. Unfortunately, he hasn't seen his father for 10 years. Together with his wife and assistant, he tries to convince his father to come and live with him. He succeeds when he says that he has only a few months to live because of cancer. Tsang opens a grand banquet to impress the prince, pretending it's a birthday party for his father.
