Hips, Hips, Hooray! plot
Andy Williams and Bob Dudley are two street vendors who deal in flavored lipstick. Andy falls in love with Daisy Maxwell, a fashion model. To impress her, Andy offers to teach Daisy's boss, Amelia Frisby, the necessary sales techniques. However, Mrs. Frisby owns a large corporation, Maiden America Cosmetics, and in order to appear professional, Andy and Bob must find an office space where they can offer their so-called services.
