Hatsujô Kateikyôshi: Sensei no Aijiru plot
Sachiko Hanai is a call girl in whose club a fight breaks out, causing her to be hit in the head by a bullet. Rather than die, the incident gives her unprecedented superpowers and becomes involved in an international intrigue when she finds a cylinder containing George W. Bush's finger. This contains a print that can be used to unleash a nuclear war, and so Sachiko is soon chased by all kinds of shady characters.
