Good Advice plot
Ryan Turner (Charlie Sheen) is a stock broker and an incredibly arrogant jerk. When he loses his money and his job after a wrong tip, his life ends up in a deadlock. He moves in with his girlfriend (Denise Richards), who has an advice column at a newspaper. When his girlfriend suddenly leaves, because she has a new love in Brazil, he tells her at work that she is sick at home. He secretly takes over her column to pay the rent, but unexpectedly the column is incredibly successful. Ryan finds out he can really help people with his column, but it's getting harder and harder to keep his identity a secret.
