Gekkô no Kamen plot

Japan, 1947. Usagi Morinoya, a soldier believed to have been killed in the war, returns to his home village. Due to his injuries, his face is wrapped in bandages and he suffers from amnesia. Once a famous 'rakugoka' (comedy storyteller), Usagi Morinoya is trying to get back on track. However, to the dismay of him, the people in the village and the other rakugoka, one day a second man walks into the village claiming to be Usagi Morinoya.
