Fancy Pants plot

"Bob tames that "Wildcat" Gal!"

Effie Floud wants to teach her husband and daughter (Ball) some manners. So she hires a real English butler (Hope), who on closer inspection turns out to be an American second-rate actor (Hope, too). The idea gets out of hand when the locals think they're dealing with a real earl (hey, Hope again). That could come in handy when President Teddy Roosevelt (not Hope) visits.
