"A comedy about a detective with everything... but a clue."
Detective Ray Pluto, a cop with a bad back, is having a shitty day. As if it wasn't bad enough, he goes through his back when he's ambushed at the snack bar. He watches helplessly as a boy holds the robber at gunpoint with his pistol. The 'Loser Cop' decides to do something about his back. With his back in order, but faced with a series of bizarre events, Pluto finally gets a chance to reclaim his reputation and his self-esteem.
