Dias Melhores Virão plot
The staff of a dubbing studio celebrates the announcement of a Brazilian dub of a critically acclaimed show called "The Mary Shadow Show," whose titular character is played by a major rock star. For the dubbing of the main character, Dalila recommends her neighbor Marialva, who takes the name “Mary Mattos” because she dreams of becoming a Hollywood star. Marialva is simultaneously haunted by the death of her ex-boyfriend and finds refuge with Wallace, a married man who promises to abandon his family for her.
