Der 90. Geburtstag oder Dinner for One plot
Miss Sophie is a wealthy English lady. Every year, on the occasion of her birthday, she hosts a dinner for her friends Mr. Pommeroy, Mr. Winterbottom, Sir Toby, and Admiral von Schneider. However, Miss Sophie is of advanced age and is therefore the only surviving member of the group. Her butler, James, who is no longer young himself, must ensure that the dinner proceeds undisturbed.
