Deepfrozen plot
"Ronnie Vandella is the owner of a frozen food company in a sleepy village in Moselle. His feelings seem to be as frozen as his products. Then, one day a marvellous being arrives in the village."
Ronnie lives in a small, sleepy town and owns a small frozen food business. Daydreams, personals, the fire brigade's marching band, the weekly visits to his psychiatrist, and his buddy Lars' cynical comments about "playing air guitar" and vinyl records are the highlights of Ronnie's life. Ever since he was a little boy, he has suffered from the pressures of his power-hungry mother, who is totally fixated on men. His feelings are therefore as frozen as his products, until one day a beautiful creature - one of the female species - lands in the village. The local priest hires that young girl - a groupie by the name of Zoya - as a housekeeper, and within days she is turning the entire male population into a frenzy. Ronnie also falls head over heels for Zoya and indeed - with a good dose of luck for once - he marries her. However, since her presence, strange things have happened in the village: everyone who investigates Zoya's unknown past dies or disappears from the face of the earth. Gradually Ronnie takes over that well-known fear: the male fear of women.
