In the north of Dublin there is a hair salon called Deadly Cuts, where locals gather to gossip, giggle and get their hair done. Michelle owns it, but her business is jeopardized by villainous politician Darren Flynn, who wants to make room for luxury apartments. To save the struggling hair salon, Michelle decides to enter an important hairdressing contest. However, Michelle and her friends also have their hands full with the odious criminal Deano. He demands protection money, otherwise the case will be demolished.
