Yeah, what a funny movie this is!! 3.5*

The three friends are so comfortable in their roles and play such a funny story that it is infectious and the film just keeps getting better! I also got the impression that it provides a pretty good reflection of a subculture in the Netherlands that I don't know very well, but which I can appreciate more because of this (and sometimes get annoyed by...).

It's also nice to read that Bilal has released a few songs.

Three 17-year-old Amsterdam teenagers escape their daily worries at home and at school by dreaming together of a golden future. In the short term, that means free entry to an exclusive nightclub, which they hope to obtain through DJ Dex. A perfectly cast account of three Amsterdam rascals who, despite their boasting and provocative behavior, always retain the viewer's sympathy and reveal their true colors in the fine finale. Excellent interplay in which Wahib is given the space to steal the film (and does so impressively) as the annoyingly funny Bilal. The 'gangsta ride' in a mobility scooter is a gem. Very entertaining and often particularly funny.

Watched it with my 20-year-old daughter and we found it quite comical, a day and a night in the life of three foreign boys, a bit of their culture and wanting to be cool at a young age which leads to chaotic situations. Also a nod to "Just act normal. Then you're good enough" at the end. A nice Sunday afternoon movie.
