Country Gentlemen plot

Two crooks are chased out of town after trying to sell worthless stocks. They arrive in a small town called Centerville, where they are immediately suspected of kidnapping when they give a little boy a lift. After the misunderstanding is resolved, the two impostors hatch a plan to sell their worthless papers to the gullible residents of Centerville.
