Senator Jay Bulworth has become utterly disillusioned with the lying and cheating he is guilty of as a politician. He hires a hit man to take his own life. However, he decides to ruin his reputation before he dies, and to point out the corruption in politics. He does this by giving speeches full of racism and hatred. But then he falls in love with a black woman...
