"Are you down for some Tinseltown partying?"
Owen Peadman is a bartender in Minnesota at his father's ailing steakhouse. When Owen can enter a bartender competition in Los Angeles and also find his (gay, but no one supposedly knows) Uncle Earl, he decides to go. Thanks to partisan judges, he doesn't win the competition. However, he devises another plan, in which he blackmails Lisa Mancini, a well-known actress.
