Abe & Phil's Last Poker Game plot
When Dr. Abe Mandelbaum moves into Cliffside Manor nursing home with his deteriorating wife Molly, he forms an unlikely friendship with gambler and womanizer Phil Nicoletti. Although Abe initially believes that moving to the nursing home is the end of his life, he soon realizes that this is a whole new beginning. Their friendship is tested when a mysterious nurse claims her biological father lives in the house. Both Abe and Phil have no children and seize the opportunity to convince Angela and herself that they are her father.
