A Wave, a WAC and a Marine plot
"IT'S A DAFFY...AND HAPPY-GO-WACKY! LOVELY LOONIES and SPOONFUL TUNIES! and a completely CRAZY CAST of COMICS!"
The year is 1944. Henry Brown is a talent scout for the Margaret Ames Film Agency in Hollywood. Henry mistakenly mistakes the students Judy and Marian for Eileen and Betty, the real stars of a Broadway show. Henry signs a contract with Judy and Mariane. Margaret Ames is furious with Henny for this blunder and she temporarily removes him from his position. Marty Allen, another language scout, who married Margaret and is still in love with her, signs a contract with Betty and Eileen. Henry goes to a nightclub with Judy and Marian and the manager asks Henry to run the show. Without high expectations, he introduces both girls, but their show is nevertheless a success. Major film producer JR then wants to offer Judy and Marian a film contract.
