Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends discover the long-lost city of Great Waterton. Thomas is now in charge of the restoration works. But when a new locomotive named Stanley arrives to help with the work, Thomas's jealousy leads him to trick Stanley over and over. However, this leads to great danger for the rest of them.
