Room and Wrath plot

Smedley, the manager of the hotel where Chilly Willy is visiting, notices that Chilly has not paid his bill. When Chilly still refuses to pay, Smedley tries to evict him in various ways, but all his attempts are thwarted by Chilly or his own incompetence.
