Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 - Onshuu no Kanata ni plot

Former Unit One enforcer Shinya Kougami continues to roam the Southeast Asian Union, away from the eyes of Japan's Sibyl System. During his journey, he meets Guillermo Garcia, commander of a paramilitary group trying to unite local factions and bring peace to the war-torn country. He does not join the mercenary group, but does go to the nearby Tibetan capital. There a bus with refugees ends up in an ambush. Kougami saves a girl who then asks him for help so she can take revenge on the warlord who killed her family.
