Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 - First Guardian plot
When enforcer Teppei Sugou is invited to rejoin the army, he thinks back to his last months in service. Sugou's last mission went wrong for the ground forces and as a pilot he was forced to abandon his comrades due to an order from his commander, Itsuki Ootomo. Three months after the massacre, Ootomo is captured on camera, even though reports say he was killed. Sugou, now suspected of terrorism, tries to track down his former commander with his colleagues from Unit One.
