Peace on Earth plot
Two young squirrels ask their grandfather on Christmas Eve who the "people" are in the text "peace on earth, good will to men". The grandpa squirrel then tells them the history of the human race. The emphasis is on the never-ending war that, like the First World War, was waged between the "meat eaters" and the "vegetarians."
