"Tony T. Chopper, the new Animal King!"

Luffy and his crew sail through a fog bank and to their surprise, an island is visible behind this fog bank. There they discover that the animals can talk. But there also appear to be hunters on the island. Luffy and his friends must stop them before they wipe out all the animals on the island.
