"Legends once told of a paradise destroyed by a kingdom of fire."
Earth's newest starship, the Starlight, receives an SOS message from spaceship Alford on its maiden voyage. When the ship arrives, it appears to have been destroyed. One survivor, the clairvoyant Sara, is found in a rescue pod. She appears to have knowledge of the mythological Odin civilization.
