A Parisian policeman, rattling with hunger, watches as tourists enjoy a baguette. He is jealous of the pigeons that are fed by everyone, while he has to be satisfied with some meager crumbs. For example, there is an old lady in the park who gives the most delicious pastries to the pigeons. Then he comes up with a trick to get some too.
