Kyofun no Byoningen Saishu Kyoshi plot

When the evil, bionic Ganpachi (Takenaka) starts teaching at a high school, he faces the school heroine Hinako. He humiliates this by doing an underpants dance with a whole group of men. Crying, Hinako leaves, but returns with renewed strength when she's donning her special satin underpants. Ganpachi finds out that Hinako has more to offer after all.
