Hot Dog plot

Bimbo the Dog is driving down the street looking for a potential date. He is speeding down the road in his hi-tech car, much to the consternation of a police officer. Bimbo spots an attractive female dog and a device from his car draws her to him. She resists his advances and escapes. The police take him to court and he pleads his case in court by singing and playing the banjo.
