"This is the way the world ends..."

After Earth nearly succumbed to a devastating period of nuclear war, power was redistributed between smaller regions and people were scheduled to have a computer system to control them. Everyone is happy and nations are rising from the ashes of ancient civilization, but some are not happy with this controlled form of happiness. When suddenly people around the world commit suicide, Tuan, a member of the World Health Organization, is sent to find out what is going on.
