Ghost in the Shell Arise: Border 2 - Ghost Whisper plot

With Motoko Kusanagi no longer responsible for the 501 Secret Unit, she learns to take orders from Aramaki, head of Public Security Section 9. Someone has hacked a Logicoma (Logistics Conveyer Machine). The question is why. Within 'Public Security Section 9' two rival groups arise. On the one hand, a group led by Batou, who asks the help of former intelligence officer Ishikawa and former air artillery expert Borma. On the other hand, Major Kusanagi forces top sniper Saito to join her team. Police officer Paz voluntarily joins her team. The two rival groups fight over a man who has false memories of a refugee operation.
