Dutch Treat plot

A father dog is walking around with his puppies when one of the little ones goes exploring on his own. He starts playing a piece of music from sheet music. Then a stork appears with another puppy. This puppy meets a little Dutch girl and becomes friends with her. This pup wants to milk a cow, but he gets into a fight with the cow, causing the dam to break. The girl is then swept away by the water.
