Californy er Bust plot
A narrator describes how the Western pioneers (all Goofy lookalikes) travel across the frontier in covered wagons. They encounter Indians (also Goofy lookalikes) and a fight breaks out between them. Suddenly, a tornado comes along and sweeps up the covered wagons and drops them in various states, such as “Wash,” “Organ,” and “Californy.”
