Barbie Diaries plot
Barbie hasn't been doing much over the summer holidays other than practicing with her bandmates. The school year starts with a disappointment when a more popular girl becomes the host of the school news, and she is only allowed to be a reporter. However, the most popular boy is dumped and is now interested in Barbie, which means she has a wonderful time. Unfortunately, their relationship ends as abruptly as it began, and the saleswoman at the clothing store puts a bandage on her wound by giving her a free bracelet with a matching diary. In an effort to regain popularity, she plans to perform with her band at the fall dance.
