Save the Lady plot

A bureaucrat announces that an old 1902 ferry, the Lady Hope, is going for scrap. Four children see the announcement on TV and decide to save the beautiful old steamer. When they go to see it, it turns out to be a wreck. However, they do not give up and go into battle with the bureaucrat.
